Lost and Found is a soft pastel painting with a watercolor underpainting. I captured this image on a sunset walk around my neighborhood. It was, as Albert Handell would call it, a 'golden moment' and I knew I wanted to paint it. I paint in series and, in my opinion, this is the best of the bunch! I love the contrast of warm and cool tones and the influence of the setting sun on all the elements of the scene.
