Remmy was completed using an assortment of soft pastels on La Carte Pastel Card. This piece was a personal challenge for me as I set out to create a pet portrait that had lots of fur texture and curls as well as a setting that fit the character of the dog. Plus I simply had to do my best as this English Cocker Spaniel was a favorite visitor of my Mother's as she rehabilitated from a fall!
